Funky, fun trailer gallery

We all have our dreams...

I’ve been dreaming (somewhere between wildly inspired and mildly impractical) about taking my art on the road. . . not metaphorically, but literally.

Right now, my work lives mostly on walls, shelves, and the occasional corner of my home. But I want it to breathe a bit more. I want it to meet people where they are, at markets, on quiet streets, at festivals, by the sea, in unexpected places where art can surprise you.

So here’s the plan:

I want to buy and convert a trailer into a small, mobile art gallery and shop. Think tiny traveling exhibition space, part gallery, part studio, part slightly chaotic creative nook on wheels.

Inside, I’d display and sell my original pieces and prints, and maybe even work on new art along the way. Outside, it becomes a space for conversations, curiosity, and those lovely moments where someone connects with a piece and just knows it’s theirs.

Why a trailer?

Because galleries can feel intimidating.

Because not everyone goes looking for art.

Because I love the idea of art showing up instead, casually, warmly, without pressure.

Also, let’s be honest: it’s a little bit romantic. A little bit ridiculous. And exactly the kind of idea that makes life more interesting.

What your support would help with:

Buying a suitable trailer

Converting it into a functional (and beautiful) gallery space

Basic setup like lighting, display fixtures, and weatherproofing

Getting it safely on the road

I’m not promising a polished, perfect gallery on wheels. It’ll probably be a bit scrappy, a bit evolving, and very much handmade, but it will be full of heart.

If you’ve ever liked my work, shared it, encouraged me, or just believe in slightly unusual creative ideas, I’d love your support in making this happen.

And if it works?

You might just stumble across a tiny art gallery parked somewhere unexpected one day.

Then you can come say hello 🙂
